• Oversee and lead the administrative and technical management of construction projects that deliver energy savings for government clients.
• Collaborate with the Engineering and Construction Team during the design and development phases of projects.
• Ensure that engineering, pre-construction, and construction teams effectively coordinate with vendors and subcontractors.
• Provide continuous project status updates to senior management throughout the development and construction phases.
• Assess technologies and equipment; recommend the most appropriate options for each application.
• Direct the implementation of site safety and health programs, quality control initiatives, operations and maintenance manuals, and training activities.
• Manage project teams and resources, overseeing expenditures and job cost accounting processes.
• A Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field; or a comparable combination of education and relevant work experience.
• A minimum of seven (7) years in construction management, with at least five (5) years focused on federal projects or complex facility infrastructure construction.
• Experience across various energy efficiency disciplines: direct digital energy controls systems, variable frequency drives, high-efficiency motors, lighting retrofits, renewable energy technology, warranty, and service requirements.
• Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA safety standards, as well as mechanical and electrical systems development, engineering, and project management regulations.
• Excellent verbal, written, computer, technical communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, and Project.
• A valid Driver’s License in good standing, issued by the state of residence.
