This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee and actively manage construction timelines across various projects.
• Coordinate the schedules of team members to prevent any double-booking of employees, vendors, or contractors.
• Ensure that all team members and contractors are present and punctual for work each day.
• Monitor jobsite activities using security cameras and field reporting systems.
• Maintain consistent communication with contractors, subcontractors, and project managers about schedule updates and daily operations.
• Proactively advance schedules to reclaim time and achieve “win days” whenever feasible.
• Identify delays, bottlenecks, and operational inefficiencies before they escalate into significant issues.
• Conduct daily audits of project progress to pinpoint slowdowns and their causes.
• Generate immediate solutions when challenges arise and implement corrective measures promptly.
• Collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, procurement, and management to expedite project timelines.
• Develop process enhancements to avert recurring scheduling issues in future projects.
• Hold teams accountable for meeting schedule milestones and deadlines.
• Manage and oversee our custom Monday.com operations portal.
• Ensure adherence to all workflows, tasks, processes, and company protocols.
• Maintain accurate daily tracking of project progress and task management.
• Monitor overdue tasks and promote accountability across departments.
• Keep all project information organized and updated in real-time.
• Communicate daily with internal team members through phone calls, messages, Slack, and other communication tools.
• Ensure accountability for daily deliverables among employees, project managers, cleaners, and contractors.
• Follow up assertively and professionally on incomplete tasks and missed deadlines.
• Facilitate coordination between departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain ongoing communication with field personnel to ensure projects adhere to the schedule.
• Manage and complete construction punch lists.
• Review daily property lock checks using security camera systems.
• Evaluate cleaning and property readiness through cameras and OpenSpace software.
• Understand field conditions, construction sequencing, and jobsite operations.
• Communicate directly with subcontractors regarding project progress, scheduling, quality control, and completion requirements.
• Ensure properties meet cleanliness and readiness standards prior to final approvals.
• Participate in the invoice approval process.
• Verify property readiness, cleanliness, and completion status before approving contractor payments.
• Ensure all documentation and operational compliance are in place prior to releasing payments.
• Assist the procurement department with material ordering and delivery coordination.
• Help mitigate material-related project delays.
• Support daily operational and administrative tasks as required.
• Coordinate urgent purchasing and scheduling needs to keep projects on track.
• A solid background in construction is essential.
• Experience in construction operations, project coordination, scheduling, or project management is required.
• A strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling logic is necessary.
• Ability to recognize bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues.
• Experience in pushing schedules and accelerating project timelines.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills and accountability management abilities are essential.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills are required.
• Comfortable engaging with contractors and field teams on a daily basis.
• Capable of efficiently managing schedules, staffing coordination, and daily operations.
• Proficient in technology and software applications.
• Experience with construction software platforms and project tracking systems is a must.
• Familiarity with tools such as Monday.com, OpenSpace or similar construction software, security camera systems, Google Workspace / Microsoft Office, and messaging platforms is essential.
• Previous experience managing residential construction projects is preferred.
• Experience with remote coordination of construction operations is a plus.
• Bilingual (English + Spanish) is a bonus!
