Construction Draw Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for borrowers concerning construction holdbacks and draw procedures.

• Oversee and manage the draws@t1f.com inbox, ensuring prompt responses to draw requests.

• Arrange and coordinate property inspections with authorized third-party inspection vendors.

• Facilitate communication between borrowers and inspection firms to guarantee timely site visits.

• Assess inspection reports for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to requested draw amounts.

• Examine project budgets, invoices, lien waivers, and supporting documents to confirm draw eligibility.

• Analyze inspection results against provided documentation to verify work completion.

• Review remaining loan funds and construction budgets to decide suitable disbursement amounts.

• Collaborate with Accounting/Finance to ensure timely and precise funding of approved draws.

• Confirm wire instructions, funding amounts, and borrower information prior to disbursement.

• Keep accurate records of draw activities and borrower statuses.

• Update draw details in internal company systems and servicing platforms.

• Create reports that track construction progress, fund usage, and draw history.

• Assist the Controller and Operations team with lending, servicing, and administrative tasks.

• Aid in process documentation, workflow enhancements, and system updates.

• Provide reporting and data analysis support related to loans.

• Support related operational functions during busy periods or team expansion.


⛳️ Requirements

• Background in budgeting, Construction Management, and/or Real Estate Development.

• 1-2 years of experience as a Draw Administrator is preferred.

• Previous experience in banking and/or lending support is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant work experience is preferred.

• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

• Willingness to learn and apply new procedures, platforms, and operational processes.

• High ethical standards, discretion, and accuracy when reviewing financial documents and approving fund disbursements.
