Construction Assistant Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Review and oversee submittals and shop drawings.

• Communicate with project teams and subcontractors through phone calls and emails.

• Assist with general project management responsibilities as required.

• Ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.

• Keep organized records and documentation within Procore.

• Provide support for project management and construction coordination for a construction firm based in the U.S.

• Operate independently with minimal training while closely collaborating with project teams and subcontractors to ensure projects remain on schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in an Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or a comparable construction role.

• Strong foundation in the construction sector.

• Knowledge of construction documents, submittals, shop drawings, and industry practices.

• Mandatory proficiency in Procore.

• Preferred experience with Microsoft Excel.

• Capability to work autonomously with little supervision or training.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.

• Outstanding communication skills in English.

• Intel 11th Gen or AMD Ryzen 5000 series processor for Windows, or M2 processor for Mac.

• At least 16 GB of RAM.

• Reliable internet connection with a speed of 25–50 Mbps minimum.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
