This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Provide administrative support to a rapidly expanding Australian construction firm, focusing on systems, client interactions, workflows, and business operations.
• Oversee inbox management, scheduling, reminders, and routine administrative tasks.
• Aid in project coordination, workflow oversight, and the organization of digital files across various projects.
• Keep project information current and accurate within systems like Wunderbuild, ClickUp, Asana, and Google Workspace.
• Support communications with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Address client inquiries and assist with follow-ups, scheduling, and coordinating communication.
• Compose emails, templates, documents, and ensure CRM records are well organized.
• Help manage Xero, Hubdoc, invoice processing, and light bookkeeping tasks.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Construction Admin VA or in Operations, with exposure to the construction sector.
• Familiarity with residential construction processes and an understanding of house-building, even if your background is outside of Australia.
• Prior experience supporting businesses based in Australia, the UK, or the US.
• Confidence in using project management and administrative tools to monitor and follow up on tasks.
• Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
• Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and organizational capabilities.
