This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Preparing and receiving products related to orders from the store and online for delivery or pickup

• Receiving products into the store's reserve and transferring them to the sales floor according to internal processes

• Maintaining communication with colleagues, customers, and partners to ensure the optimal flow of processes and product availability

• Greeting, advising, and guiding customers

• Resolving issues that arise in customer relations

• Coordinating and participating in loading products into customers' and delivery partners' vehicles

• Unloading and handling goods in appropriate conditions

• Conducting quantitative and qualitative reception of products for the store's stock, reserve, and sales floor

• Adhering to safe storage conditions and standards

• Sorting waste and maintaining clean and organized spaces
