Connectivity Certification Analyst – EMEA, KRK

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Facilitate tailored API solutions for customers, partners, and internal teams.

• Onboard new API connectivity partners and clients, ensuring adherence to certification standards and best practices.

• Guarantee the ongoing success and performance of current integrations.

• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to support both new and existing partner opportunities.

• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot integration product functionality, conduct testing, and address defects.

• Ensure customer and partner satisfaction through effective collaboration, transparency, and technical leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in APIs and integration.

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related field.

• Preferred experience in the Hospitality or Travel Distribution industry.

• Strong working knowledge of Aven Hospitality products and services.

• Demonstrated experience in API quality assurance and certification processes.

• Familiarity with SaaS solutions.

• Strong experience with OTA, HTNG, Opera OHIP, and OXI standards is preferred.

• Knowledgeable about technical specifications.
