Configurator/Prompt Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Set up Oracle Cloud ERP modules to align with business needs

• Oversee workflows, rules, catalogs, value sets, approval hierarchies, reporting frameworks, and personalization components

• Collaborate with functional teams to clarify requirements, resolve configuration issues, and implement improvements

• Create, enhance, and optimize prompts that facilitate Oracle AI assistants, conversational interfaces, and automation processes

• Develop and configure agent-based automations that manage ERP transactions, extract data, assess conditions, and recommend or execute actions

• Conduct testing of prompts, agent logic, and Oracle setups throughout SIT, UAT, and production phases

• Verify system responses for precision, traceability, and conformity with business regulations

• Maintain test scripts, evaluation tools, simulation scenarios, and acceptance criteria checklists

• Aid in the ongoing enhancement of AI-driven workflows and Oracle ERP configurations

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in configuring Oracle Cloud ERP

• Practical knowledge of Oracle workflows, value sets, rules engines, APIs, and reporting instruments

• In-depth understanding of AI/LLM prompt engineering, including prompt design, testing, and optimization

• Capability to analyze extensive enterprise datasets and relate them to AI agent logic

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
