Configuration Manager – EU Public Organisations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the administration of Service Configuration Management and CMDB

• Ensure that the CMDB contains accurate and up-to-date information

• Define, execute, and continuously improve Service Configuration Management practices

• Prepare reports on KPIs related to Service Configuration Management and CMDB

• Document policies and support procedures for Service Configuration Management

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience

• Proficient in English at a C1 level

• Practical knowledge of IT Service Management

• Hands-on experience in administering and managing CMDB

• Experience in integrating CMDB with Change Enablement

• Proven track record in service management and its relationships.
