Configuration Management Analyst

📋 Description

• Assist in the Change and Configuration Management efforts for the FAA ITIPSS I&O program.

• Preserve configuration baselines, manage change requests, and aid in the operations of CCBs.

• Ensure adherence to established Configuration Management protocols.

• Develop documentation, reports, and process artifacts related to Configuration Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or IT Management.

• 2–5 years of experience in Configuration Management, Change Management, or a closely related IT field.

• Proficient understanding of configuration identification, change control, and status accounting processes.

• Experience in supporting or engaging with Configuration Control Boards (CCBs).

• Knowledge of formal Change Request processes.

• Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication abilities.

• Strong background in supporting IT services or operations.
