Configuration Consultant – RTSM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members and clients to ascertain RTSM requirements

• Configure the RTSM in alignment with client specifications

• Lead design review sessions with clients

• Offer RTSM expertise and guidance in the design process

• Oversee and configure data integration solutions

• Facilitate and resolve a variety of issues related to the design of complex systems and projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 2 years in customer service or a similar client relationship role

• Proficient in business software, including MS Office and text editing applications

• Strong attention to detail
