Concrete Accessories Field Sales Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Cultivates professional relationships with key architectural and engineering firms within the targeted PNA markets.

• Develops, suggests, and executes A&E specification programs effectively across the targeted markets to maximize benefits for PNA.

• Acts as PNA’s primary technical resource for architects and engineers.

• Offers technical assistance to the sales team by interpreting internal and external engineering reports, building codes, and demonstrating design equivalency.

• Produces marketing materials and tools to educate, inform, and persuade stakeholders.

• Establishes and maintains relationships with select National Account owners and occupiers.

• Evaluates and tracks the effectiveness of all implemented programs.

• Proactively shares feedback and recommendations with the manager and other PNA departments, including Marketing and Engineering.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering is required; Professional Engineer designation is preferred.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in technical sales is highly preferred.

• Proven experience in Concrete Flatwork related to design, specification, and construction practices is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in reading construction blueprints and analyzing project specifications.

• Ability to comprehend the decision-making process and influence multiple stakeholders during the sales process.

• Results-oriented with the capability to manage multiple priorities and strong follow-through skills.

• Exceptional presentation skills.

• Proficient in PowerPoint.

• Experience with CRM systems such as D365 Sales or Salesforce.com is preferred.

• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
