Compulsory Internship: Graphic Design, Social Media Content Creation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Crafting engaging social media content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and others.

• Designing graphics, carousels, Stories, Reel covers, and various visual materials.

• Creating and developing marketing collateral for both online and offline channels.

• Assisting in the evolution of the corporate identity.

• Preparing presentations and promotional materials.

• Collaborating closely with the marketing team on campaigns and product launches.

• Bringing your unique creative ideas to enhance the social media presence.

• Aiding in the design of new features and improving the user experience of the READO app (UI/UX).

• Engaging in close cooperation with both the marketing and founding teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required internship as part of a degree program (e.g., Graphic Design, Communication Design, Media Design, or a related field).

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) or similar design tools like Figma or Canva.

• A keen eye for contemporary design, social media trends, and brand communication.

• Creativity, proactivity, and a well-structured working style.

• Prior experience in content creation or graphic design is advantageous.

• Ideally, familiarity with READO and its community; however, this is not mandatory.

• Submission of a CV and, preferably, a portfolio or work samples.
