This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Promote JOBST® compression products across various settings, including DME/HME facilities and clinics specializing in vein, vascular, and lymphedema care.
• Formulate and execute strategies to optimize both territory and company goals.
• Examine sales and marketing analytics to identify significant opportunities within the territory.
• Gain insights into customers’ corporate structures, challenges, issues, and potential revenue opportunities.
• Enhance Essity product sales by achieving or surpassing sales targets through effective sales plans and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate in the creation of training and educational programs for designated disease treatment therapies, both internally and externally.
• Conduct training sessions, seminars, presentations, and product demonstrations for key clients.
• Participate in industry trade shows and symposiums relevant to the territory and region.
• Keep track of competitor actions, products, industry trends, developments, and publications.
• Work together with internal and external partners to represent and expand the Essity business.
• Provide timely and precise territory forecasts and sales funnel updates to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Maintain accurate account records, a robust sales pipeline, and CRM call tracking documentation.
• Complete reports and administrative tasks accurately and punctually.
• Exhibit teamwork and coordination with colleagues at Essity.
• Two (2) to three (3) years of sales experience, preferably in the medical field, with a focus on prospecting, cold-calling, and closing new business.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to effectively plan and organize time, schedules, and the efficient use of company resources.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or customer contact database applications.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Strong work ethic.
• Effective time management and territory management skills.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.
• Valid US driver’s license and adherence to Essity's Corporate Vehicle Policy Standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and stay overnight as necessary.
• A four (4)-year college or university degree is preferred.
