This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage incoming grievances and implement the specified policy procedures to address identified concerns.
• Assist in the formulation of organizational policies and procedures related to quality, compliance, privacy, and security.
• Conduct randomized audits related to customer service and grievances for providers.
• Oversee Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) for network providers as required.
• Engage in product enhancement initiatives linked to governance and compliance.
• Aid in identifying and addressing process challenges while recommending ongoing quality improvements.
• Ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory obligations, as well as governing policies and procedures.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned or necessary.
• Capability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in effectively gathering and providing information to supervisors, peers, and clients.
• Proficiency in the English language may be necessary.
• Ability to document reports in a clear and concise manner.
• Competent computer skills.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of pertinent experience in a comparable role.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous.
• Dependable internet connection.
• Designated workspace suitable for professional phone conversations and handling sensitive information.
• Fully remote work option available within the United States.
