Compliance Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the project manager for a large and intricate project or a collective of projects that impact a standard, common, or migration system.

• Collaborate with the Government Contracting Officer, Project Leads, government management personnel, and representatives from customer agencies.

• Oversee the contractor’s assistance with all tasks outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

• Strategically plan, organize, staff, direct, integrate, and manage activities to fulfill schedule and performance objectives.

• Handle daily operations, including administrative responsibilities.

• Evaluate risks and pinpoint assumptions.

• Mediate and resolve interpersonal conflicts.

• Track project performance to ensure effective risk management.

• Implement industry best practices based on the ITIL framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• IT-II security clearance or a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) is mandatory.

• Basic federal clearance requirements encompass U.S. Citizenship, a clear criminal history check, and no recent or pending bankruptcies.

• A Project or Program Management certification, such as PMP or another equivalent/recognized certification, is required.

• DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level II is necessary.

• An ITIL v4 Foundation certification is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA), or four (4) additional years of relevant experience.

• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in IT/logistics project or program management.

• Experience in a supervisory role is required.

• Experience in oral presentations is essential.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills are a must.
