Compliance Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Ensure adherence to governmental regulations.

• Create and execute compliance policies and procedures.

• Investigate compliance matters and propose modifications to ensure alignment with contractual obligations.

• Foster relationships with governmental entities.

• Organize site visits for regulatory officials.

• Oversee the implementation of compliance with corrective action plans as necessary.

• Analyze diverse work assignments and independently decide on suitable actions.

• Comprehend departmental, segmental, and organizational strategies and operational objectives.

• Make decisions regarding personal work methods with minimal direction and guidance when required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Up to five (5) years of relevant technical experience.

• Capability to juggle multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines.

• Enthusiasm for contributing to an organization dedicated to continuously enhancing consumer experiences.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Self-provided internet service with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps.

• Ability to work from a dedicated space free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.

• Occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required.
