This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Compile and finalize B2B KYC processes and documentation.
• Draft, review, and prepare legal and corporate documents, as well as internal policies and procedures.
• Monitor licensing obligations across group entities, which includes renewal deadlines, filing requirements, license conditions, and regulatory reporting.
• Assist with Responsible Gambling initiatives, including tracking end-user requests and relevant reporting.
• Manage internal committees and subcommittees by preparing agendas, recording minutes, and following up on action items.
• Aid in internal and external compliance audits, including the preparation of documentation and coordination of follow-ups.
• Maintain and update the contract management system.
• Ensure compliance with iGaming, gaming licenses, Responsible Gambling, and AML laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal and compliance research on regulatory and industry trends.
• Identify legal and compliance risks and contribute to their mitigation strategies.
• Track projects, deadlines, and milestones for the Head of Legal.
• Provide general legal and compliance support throughout the organization.
• Proven experience in a legal or compliance role, preferably within a B2C or B2B company, or a law firm focused on the iGaming sector.
• Strong understanding of iGaming regulations and licensing requirements, encompassing license renewals, regulatory reporting, and ongoing obligations.
• Significant experience and demonstrated capability in drafting and reviewing policies and procedures.
• Good grasp of Responsible Gambling, AML, and regulatory compliance principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage various tasks, deadlines, and projects in a dynamic environment.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Strong sense of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive legal and corporate information.
• Experience working directly with iGaming regulators or licensing authorities.
• Familiarity with multiple international gaming licenses and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with contract management systems and compliance tools.
• Legal qualification or degree in Law, Compliance, or a related discipline.
• Experience in a fast-paced, international, remote-first environment.
