Compliance Investigator – Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Investigate reports and allegations received by the organization

• Conduct investigations based on facts and evidence

• Evaluate information, documents, and testimonies

• Maintain impartiality throughout the investigative process

• Interview complainants, witnesses, and involved individuals

• Manage difficult and sensitive discussions

• Pose questions to collect pertinent facts

• Generate clear, objective, and high-quality investigative reports

• Document evidence, analyses, and findings of the investigation

• Maintain records for audit and compliance purposes

• Register and monitor investigations in the Case IQ case management system

• Update case statuses, evidence, and associated documentation

• Provide support for Compliance Audit, HR Investigations, Legal Investigations, Code of Conduct, and Corporate Ethics issues

• Manage sensitive and confidential information

• Ensure independence and objectivity throughout the investigative proceedings

• Adhere to strict ethical and integrity standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English is crucial (interaction with global teams)

• Strong prior experience in compliance

• Experience managing confidential data

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Spanish

• Strong critical thinking abilities

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Resilience

• Completed Bachelor’s degree

• Advanced proficiency in Spanish

• Familiarity with the Case IQ system is advantageous but not mandatory
