Compliance Enablement Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee, analyze, and ensure compliance data is maintained across various systems for reporting, access control, and audit preparedness.

• Gather, organize, and verify structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data throughout the application lifecycle.

• Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, and integrity of compliance data.

• Conduct SQL analyses and generate reports and visual insights utilizing Power BI.

• Construct, monitor, and enhance data pipelines.

• Create dashboards and reports reflecting compliance status.

• Design and sustain dashboards and metrics in Power BI.

• Automate reporting and workflows through Power Automate.

• Assist with RBAC reviews in Azure and access governance initiatives.

• Identify and resolve Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts.

• Keep documentation, compliance evidence, and access records thorough and prepared for audits.

• Implement monitoring and logging systems to track data flows and detect anomalies.

• Align data management practices with governance frameworks and regulatory standards.

• Serve as a hands-on Scrum Master, contributing to backlog management and technical deliveries.

• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.

• Manage and prioritize Product Backlog Items (PBIs) in Azure DevOps.

• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and obstacles.

• Collaborate with compliance, IT, product, and audit teams.

• Convert compliance strategies into clear, actionable tasks.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members.

• Implement the strategic vision set forth by the Compliance Enablement Tech Lead.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Python, SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, and Azure DevOps.

• Technical expertise in data technologies and application layers.

• Capable of managing structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.

• Knowledgeable about data pipelines, monitoring, and logging processes.

• Familiarity with RBAC, access governance, and access review practices in Azure.

• Understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts.

• Knowledge of compliance, data governance, regulatory standards, and audit readiness.

• Ability to act as a Scrum Master and facilitate sprint ceremonies.

• Experience in managing and prioritizing backlog/PBIs within Azure DevOps.

• Competence in managing risks, dependencies, and impediments.

• Capability to mentor junior team members.
