Compliance Analyst – KYB

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as a key escalation point and subject matter authority for Corporate onboarding cases.

• Undertake and manage special assignments and projects.

• Conduct ad hoc quality assurance checks to assist the regional team.

• Recognize and recommend enhancements to procedures and processes.

• Collaborate with the team lead and Manager for continuous assessments, compliance reviews, and both ongoing and ad hoc evaluations.

• Work closely with MLROs, Account Managers/VIPs, and other essential stakeholders within the organization.

• Perform customer risk assessments, periodic or trigger reviews, and enhanced due diligence.

• Identify and record any unusual activities or AML flags.

• Engage in internal and external training programs related to AML/CFT and other routine work obligations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in a compliance role, with extensive knowledge of pertinent rules, regulations, and daily compliance operations.

• Strong background in corporate onboarding and various corporate structure types.

• Proven ability to write clearly and effectively.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Familiarity with compliance applications and programs, such as Worldcheck.

• Solid understanding of local laws, directives, regulations, and standards applicable to subject persons.

• Competence in conducting customer risk assessments, periodic or trigger reviews, and enhanced due diligence.

• ACAMS certification is preferred.
