This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Execute compliance tracking responsibilities, which encompass compliance monitoring, quality assurance, and the compilation of measurement metrics.
β’ Support internal investigations involving root cause analysis, background research, evidence/document collection and administration, interview preparation, report writing, and overall management of investigations.
β’ Aid in compliance audits, including conducting research, collecting and administering evidence/documents, and writing reports.
β’ Conduct screenings and due diligence assessments of third parties, which include agents, vendors, clients, prospective clients, and various business partners.
β’ Promote contract compliance awareness by identifying potential ethics and compliance issues in contracts or related business requests, escalating these matters to Ethics and Compliance management, and assisting with follow-up tracking as instructed.
β’ Pursue ongoing professional development to remain current with job-related and personal skills.
β’ Provide assistance for internal reporting functions to Senior Management, Leadership, and the Board of Directors.
β’ A Bachelorβs Degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in a corporate Ethics and Compliance organization or a closely related legal or regulatory field.
β’ A minimum of five (5) years of experience in conducting internal investigations.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of compliance requirements and standards.
β’ Preferably, prior experience in third-party due diligence and risk management.
β’ Previous experience in an Internal Audit, Quality Assurance, or Risk Management role is advantageous.
β’ More than 10 years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is mandatory.
β’ Familiarity with third-party research tools is required.
β’ Extensive and verifiable training in Excel, including the use of formulas, tables, charts, and pivot tables, is essential.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
β’ Capability to work independently, collaboratively in teams, or in a participatory environment, and to be a self-starter with a robust work ethic.
β’ Ability to engage collaboratively as a team player with cross-functional organizations.
