This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Efficiently solicit and build familiarity with all accounts within the designated market segment.
• Identify and secure deals on assigned accounts/territory to enhance hotel revenue.
• Provide support to the Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach and The Royal Lahaina Resort in Maui.
• Execute a professional and comprehensive site inspection of the hotel for clients.
• Acquire a complete understanding of the hotel's operations, including Food and Beverage, Guest Services, and Reservations.
• Participate in external sales calls, industry trade shows, and customer events.
• Investigate, solicit, and create new leads for potential business opportunities.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in hotel group sales.
• A valid driver’s license in the relevant state is required.
• Proficiency in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing software is essential.
• Willingness to work long hours as needed.
• Light physical work - Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
