This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Works in collaboration with the casualty claims team to review claims and develop resolution strategies for complex casualty cases.
• Acts as a subject matter expert regarding casualty claims policies and insurance programs.
• Partners with casualty claims leadership to strategize on claim file management, including reserving, expenses, and litigation oversight.
• Oversees and assesses reserve development for assigned teams.
• Functions as a technical resource across all levels of the Claims department for casualty claims.
• Serves as the main contact for monitoring the progress of claims audit action plans.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• A minimum of ten years of experience in casualty claims with progressively responsible roles, including experience with complex claims.
• Possession of all necessary state licenses as required.
• Insurance designations such as AIC, CIC, AIM, and CPCU are preferred.
