This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to conduct market analysis by engaging in financial and cost reviews for proposal staffing models and offering insights to enhance the Business Development team's understanding of the related financial and cost implications.
• Provide pricing assistance for targeted proposals by executing and supporting Competitor Analysis, Indirect Rate Analysis, and Price-to-Win, in addition to constructing and updating pricing models for proposals.
• Take the lead in generating and analyzing pertinent information, and formulate recommendations to present to senior management.
• Develop pricing strategies for proposal submissions by closely coordinating with capture managers, proposal managers, and executives.
• Maintain pricing documentation, ensuring it includes all necessary supporting materials.
• Conduct cost analysis and estimates for intricate proposal efforts in accordance with company policies and RFI/RFQ/RFP/Solicitation requirements.
• Function as a crucial component of the capture/proposal team, aiding in the formulation of pricing strategies, identifying risks, and interpreting solicitation requirements.
• Execute detailed pricing labor category analysis and conduct Salary Survey research.
• Stay informed about the competitive landscape.
• Review proposals priced by other pricing analysts to ensure quality assurance.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, or English.
• At least 1 year of experience in supporting research or analysis.
• A minimum of 1 year in corporate customer service and project management support.
• Over 1 year of experience in marketing and grant research, or web-based research and analysis.
• At least 1 year of experience in navigating web portals, conducting queries, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets, and Gmail).
• Over 1 year of experience in monitoring and interpreting industry statistics and trade literature.
