Compensation Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Contribute to Anduril’s growth by applying your compensation knowledge to support our leadership team and facilitate scaling efforts.

• Oversee compensation programs and initiatives, empowering Anduril to enhance its People infrastructure, including the implementation of job architecture.

• Advise People Business Partners and leadership groups during the annual and mid-year compensation planning processes.

• Create, execute, and oversee extensive compensation programs, such as salary frameworks, incentive structures, and equity compensation plans.

• Direct job evaluation activities, perform market pricing assessments, and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness across various job categories and levels.

• Collaborate closely with leadership and HR teams to address complex compensation challenges, assist in strategic decision-making, and promote the execution of compensation initiatives throughout the organization.

• Work alongside People Business Partners to navigate compensation-related concerns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in Compensation roles.

• Proficient in job architecture, leveling guides, and market analytics to guarantee competitive compensation practices.

• Experience engaging with internal stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to convert data and trends into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Demonstrated ability to track, prioritize, and successfully manage multiple projects with a solid operational foundation.

• Enthusiastic about educating, mentoring, and demonstrating to partners the significance and business implications of compensation strategies.

• Must be a U.S. Person due to the necessary access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
