This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +7 more states.
• Evaluate market data and internal compensation practices to suggest competitive salary structures and pay ranges.
• Assist in annual compensation initiatives, including merit increases, bonuses, and promotional pay programs.
• Perform job evaluations and create and uphold our global architecture framework to ensure uniformity across various functions and levels.
• Collaborate with HR business partners and leaders on compensation decisions, offers, and pay recommendations.
• Oversee pay equity and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including emerging global pay transparency mandates.
• Create tools, dashboards, and reports to deliver insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Engage in salary surveys and analyze market data for leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience, preferably in a mid- to large-sized organization focused on global compensation analysis.
• Strong expertise in market pricing, job evaluation, and administration of compensation programs.
• Proficient in Excel and experienced with HR systems, ideally Workday and Payfactors.
• CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and consulting abilities—you can convert complex data into actionable insights.
• Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time.
