This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +7 more states.
• Design, evaluate, and manage global compensation programs.
• Assess market data and internal pay practices to propose competitive salary structures and pay ranges.
• Assist with annual compensation activities, including merit increases, bonuses, and promotional pay initiatives.
• Perform job evaluations and create and sustain our global architecture framework.
• Ensure pay equity and adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
• Create tools, dashboards, and reports to offer insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Engage in salary surveys and analyze market data for organizational leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience, ideally within a mid- to large-sized organization focusing on global compensation analysis.
• Robust skills in market pricing, job evaluation, and administration of compensation programs.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with HR systems, preferably Workday, along with experience in Payfactors.
• CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification is advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and consulting abilities — adept at converting complex data into actionable insights.
• Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time.
