This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and clients.

• Cultivate enduring client relationships through consistent communication.

• Evaluate the specific requirements of clients and their employees.

• Ensure client satisfaction and promote retention.

• Keep clients updated on new benefits, developments, and enhancement opportunities.

• Further enhance the current benefits portfolio.

• Introduce innovative bonus models.

• Create customized programs.

• Offer strategic counsel to clients.

• Assess existing benefits systems.

• Develop forward-thinking solutions to boost employee satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification.

• Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in key account management, project management, or customer success management.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Empathetic, confident, and assertive demeanor.

• Capability to establish and nurture long-term client relationships.

• Clear, persuasive, and confident communication skills, both in individual interactions and group presentations.

• Strong consulting abilities.

• Independent, solution-focused, and organized work approach.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Solid commercial knowledge.

• Proficient in both German and English, with strong negotiation skills in both languages.

• Strong project management capabilities.

• Interest in technical topics.
