📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients

• Cultivate lasting relationships with clients through consistent communication

• Assess the unique needs of clients and their employees

• Ensure client satisfaction and promote retention

• Keep clients well-informed about new benefits, developments, and opportunities for optimization

• Enhance the current benefits portfolio

• Introduce innovative bonus models

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification

• Several years of experience in key account management, project management, or Customer Success Management is preferred

• Strong customer service orientation

• Empathetic, confident, and assertive demeanor

• Capability to establish and nurture long-term client relationships

• Clear, persuasive communication skills focused on presentation

• Strong consulting abilities

• Independent, solution-oriented, and organized work style

• Excellent organizational skills

• Solid commercial acumen

• Proficiency in German and English, including negotiation skills at a professional level

• Strong project management capabilities

• Interest in technical subjects
