This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments and clients.

• Foster long-lasting client relationships through consistent communication.

• Assess the unique requirements of clients and their employees.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial/business training or an equivalent qualification.

• Several years of professional experience, preferably in key account management, project management, or customer success management.

• Strong orientation towards customer service.

• Empathetic, confident demeanor, and assertiveness.

• Capability to establish and nurture long-term client relationships.

• Clear and persuasive communication skills with strong presentation abilities.

• Proficient consulting skills.

• Independent, solution-focused, and organized working style.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Solid knowledge of commercial/business practices.

• Fluent in German and English at a negotiation level.

• Strong project management expertise.

• Affinity for technical subjects.
