Compensation Analyst – Mid Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the annual compensation cycle by executing tasks associated with compensation administration, including manual updates for global transfers, manual uploads, modifications, and deletions of change statements, as well as troubleshooting issues.

• Take a significant role in the testing phases for regular cycles and system enhancements.

• Conduct follow-ups on outlier reviews, consolidate information, and analyze data to ensure pay equity.

• Provide global data for participation in the yearly WTW compensation survey.

• Aid in the salary planning process through data preparation and analysis.

• Reconcile invoices and assess the usage of recognition programs.

• Collaborate as a team member on other compensation-related initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline is preferred.

• 4–5 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in business-level English is essential.

• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, ServiceNow, or other relevant systems is advantageous.

• CCP certification is a plus.
