This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Conducts global job evaluations, performs market analysis, completes salary surveys, and offers guidance to managers on pay recommendations, promotions, and organizational design.
• Oversees and maintains compensation programs and systems to ensure data integrity, including position management and compensation architecture.
• Audits compensation data and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Participates in FLSA reviews and determinations.
• Manages special compensation projects, including research, troubleshooting, and ad hoc reporting.
• Acts as a consultant to Human Resources and managers regarding compensation and performance programs.
• Aids in global annual benefit audits, including data preparation for benefit statements.
• Supports the annual merit process, which includes communications, worksheets, audits, and reporting.
• Leads or participates in special projects such as job competencies and salary structure analysis.
• Fleet Program Coordination (Operational Responsibility):
• Manages the day-to-day administration of the company fleet program, including vendor communication and issue resolution.
• Maintains program data and tracks vehicle lifecycle activities (assignment, maintenance, replacement, and offboarding).
• Supports policy administration and ensures consistent global application where applicable.
• Monitors invoices and collaborates with Finance and Procurement to ensure accuracy and cost tracking.
• Assists in identifying process improvements and supports the transition of fleet program ownership as necessary.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience preferred.
• Three or more years of relevant work experience.
• HRIS experience; Workday preferred.
• Experience with Radford Salary Surveys or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Preferred Requirements:
• Compensation certifications.
• Global compensation experience.
• Experience in coordinating vendor-supported programs or operational processes.
