This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of organizational compensation policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Conduct research and generate formal recommendations regarding modifications to pay programs, job evaluations, wage plan adjustments, market data assessments, and various compensation projects.

• Work closely with management and internal departments to develop and uphold effective compensation practices.

• Manage employee status modifications and oversee salary planning initiatives.

• Supervise the creation and updating of job descriptions through thorough job analysis, market data research, internal and external equity assessments, and pay recommendations.

• Execute analysis, forecasting, costing, and assessments for compensation projects, including modeling for compensation and incentive plans.

• Engage in compensation surveys, gather and benchmark data, input data into vendor survey databases, and ensure databases are maintained with bi-weekly updates and validation.

• Assist the compensation team with projects, encompassing implementation, process enhancements, action items, policies, and programs.

• Collaborate with Finance, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, HRBP, and organizational leaders on various processes and projects.

• Carry out additional related responsibilities as assigned or requested.
