This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠Create, revise, and uphold precise, compliant, and market-relevant job descriptions for both new and existing roles across all business units.
⢠Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and hiring managers to collect job-related information and craft clear job descriptions that accurately depict duties, responsibilities, and qualifications.
⢠Conduct job evaluations and position classification assessments using established job architecture, compensation philosophy, and internal leveling guidelines.
⢠Oversee and manage the organizationās job architecture, which includes job families, career levels, job codes, and position hierarchy.
⢠Analyze internal equity and external market data to formulate compensation recommendations for new positions, promotions, transfers, and organizational changes.
⢠Execute market pricing using salary survey data, compensation databases, and benchmarking tools (e.g., ERI, Radford, or similar).
⢠Assess positions for proper FLSA status, EEO classification, workers' compensation coding, and organizational alignment.
⢠Assist in the development, maintenance, and management of salary structures, pay grades, and compensation guidelines.
⢠Maintain the organizationās master job library, compensation databases, job catalog, and related HRIS records to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
⢠Review and approve job descriptions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) iCIMS for formatting, classification, and compensation accuracy before posting.
⢠Engage in compensation surveys by gathering, validating, and submitting compensation data while analyzing survey outcomes.
⢠Aid in annual compensation planning efforts, including merit increases, market adjustments, and salary structure revisions.
⢠Develop and sustain compensation policies, procedures, job description standards, and associated documentation.
⢠Provide guidance to HR personnel and managers concerning compensation practices, job architecture, classification standards, and pay administration.
⢠Support compensation-related projects, organizational restructures, acquisitions, and HR initiatives.
⢠Perform additional duties as assigned.
⢠Bachelorās degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
⢠A minimum of 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, focusing on compensation, data analytics, job classification, or job architecture.
⢠Familiarity with compensation surveys and salary benchmarking tools such as ERI, Radford, Mercer, Salary.com, or similar resources.
⢠Proven experience in maintaining HRIS, ATS, and compensation-related data with a high level of accuracy.
⢠Experience in drafting and updating job descriptions and conducting position evaluations.
⢠Background in administering compensation programs and performing market pricing analyses.
