This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Collaborate with Hemophilia Chapters and Foundations as a strategic partner in business.
• Deliver both formal and informal presentations to the bleeding disorder community.
• Work alongside field teams to ensure alignment in strategic and tactical initiatives.
• Oversee relationships with territory Specialty Pharmacies and organize educational programs.
• Gather insights based on brand requirements through engagement with the bleeding disorder community.
• Organize and implement Chapter engagements and executive meetings at conferences.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in the pharma or biotech industry (clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in rare diseases or rare blood disorders may be considered in lieu of industry experience).
• Proven leadership abilities.
• Capable of effectively presenting ideas to individuals or groups, tailoring presentations to meet audience needs.
• Strong organizational skills are essential.
• Extensive project management experience, showcasing excellent analytical and planning abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once.
• Competence in executing strategic and tactical plans under tight deadlines.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Required to reside within the designated geographic area of the assigned territory, or within a reasonable distance as determined by management.
• Anticipated travel of 60-80%; may vary based on geographic location, including evening and weekend commitments.
