Community Programs Manager

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the planning and execution of MSP and IT Customer Advisory Boards and User Groups, encompassing meeting schedules, agenda creation, logistics, participant communication, and follow-up after sessions.

• Oversee both virtual and in-person event logistics for CAB sessions and user group gatherings, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all participants.

• Provide operational and coordination support for MSP peer group initiatives, facilitating valuable peer-to-peer connections within our partner community.

• Act as a scheduling and coordination resource for executive-level advisory engagements, managing intricate calendars and ensuring prompt, professional communication with senior stakeholders.

• Collect, organize, and route customer feedback obtained from various programs to the relevant internal teams; ensure customers are informed about how their feedback is being utilized.

• Monitor and engage with community activity, making sure customers feel acknowledged, supported, and involved between formal program interactions.

• Compose and distribute program communications, such as invitations, pre-read materials, meeting summaries, and follow-up action items, maintaining a tone and professionalism suitable for an executive audience.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in program management, customer engagement, executive support, or a related discipline.

• Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple programs, intricate calendars, and a high volume of communications concurrently.

• A polished and professional communicator, comfortable interacting with and presenting to executive and C-suite audiences.

• Experience as an executive assistant or in a role involving executive coordination.

• Familiarity with technical customers or audiences (IT, MSP, SaaS).

• Proficient in calendar and scheduling tools, CRM or community platforms, and productivity suites (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

• Experience with Asana or similar project management software is a plus.

• Proactive and detail-oriented.

• A warm, collaborative relationship-builder who quickly earns trust with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
