This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all elements of Community Philanthropy’s integrated fundraising initiatives, including direct mail, email appeals, advertising, search engine marketing, mobile fundraising, and social media fundraising.
• Develop effective segmentation strategies that utilize integrated direct/digital best practices to enhance donor participation and engagement.
• Lead project management of integrated direct/digital fundraising campaigns through Asana, producing cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship materials such as direct mail pieces, letters, emails, websites, and other media formats.
• Manage collaborations with vendors, including direct marketing agencies, printers, mail houses, and merge purge services.
• Exhibit fair, ethical, and equitable business practices.
• Demonstrate a passion for learning, share knowledge appropriately, and focus on continuous improvement.
• Show effective planning and problem-solving capabilities, including multitasking and performing well under tight deadlines.
• Work, communicate, and collaborate efficiently with team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all tasks.

• Perform other relevant duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Previous experience in direct response marketing within an agency, nonprofit, or higher education setting, with a minimum of 3-5 years in this field.
• Possess extensive knowledge of both the art and science of direct response marketing, along with a proven fundraising track record for individual gifts.
• Proficient in:
• Direct marketing best practices, including A/B testing, creating effective fundraising tests and controls, and writing and editing fundraising appeals for both digital and print formats.
• Prior experience with digital tools, such as email marketing and SMS/mobile giving platforms.
• Analytical mindset with a high level of comfort working with data and creating data segmentation strategies.
• Familiarity with the Google platform, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Presentations.
• Strong understanding of the significance of data in direct marketing, with proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong familiarity with fundraising software (Salesforce preferred) and a comprehensive understanding of donor acquisition, retention, digital giving, and moves management.
• Ability to create and develop HTML/emails and SMS messages across various platforms like MailChimp and texting services.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
