This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Develop and nurture strong connections with community "gatekeepers" and influencers to secure high-traffic locations for agent outreach.
• Identify, organize, and host impactful sales and marketing events, primarily aimed at lead generation, as well as Medicare educational sessions.
• Work in close collaboration with Broker Managers to synchronize outreach tactics, coordinate agent roles for events, and guarantee optimal ROI on community investments.
• Educate and inspire external agents on best practices in community-based marketing, event etiquette, and effective lead-generation strategies.
• Collaborate with local provider groups on strategic co-op marketing efforts that deliver advantages to both the clinic and the community.
• Ensure all initiatives are fully compliant with Medicare marketing guidelines and CMS regulations while monitoring local ROI to enhance market strategy.
• A well-established network of community connections and a thorough understanding of the local senior demographic.
• Must possess an active insurance producer license in your state of residence (or obtain one within 90 days of hiring) and maintain it in good standing.
• A valid, unrestricted driver's license and the ability to travel throughout the local area to manage events and foster relationships.
• A college degree is preferred.
