Community Outreach SDR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct approximately 500 outbound calls and around 1,000 emails weekly using Scout's worklist.

• Engage in friendly, consultative initial conversations with licensed psychologists.

• Schedule interviews with interested candidates and document all outcomes.

• Achieve weekly activity and booking goals, including live-connect rates and interviews scheduled.

• Provide feedback on messaging effectiveness with actionable insights to enhance our communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a high-volume outbound position such as SDR/BDR, recruiting/sourcing, inside sales, or phone-based fundraising/admissions.

• Truly comfortable engaging on the phone.

• Highly organized and reliable; capable of executing the same sequence 100 times a week without missing follow-ups.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Open to coaching and driven by metrics; you are eager to track and surpass your performance numbers.

• Bonus: Experience in recruiting clinicians or working in healthcare; familiarity with a CRM or sequencing tool is a plus.
