Community Operations Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Provide operational support in the field across various communities.

• Implement projects focused on community establishment, revenue generation, and enhancement of customer experiences.

• Act as a representative for operations and assist in the launch, stabilization, or enhancement of designated communities.

• Improve customer satisfaction through outstanding service.

• Aid in acquiring and retaining residents, with an emphasis on leasing and customer service.

• Ensure community preparedness and compliance with company standards.

• Deliver hands-on assistance with daily operations.

• Train team members on relevant systems, processes, and operational protocols.

• Function as a subject matter expert on operational policies and procedures.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by residents.

• Provide temporary staffing support during periods of vacancy or high demand.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist leadership in revenue initiatives.

• Share updates on project status and community performance.

• Regularly communicate and report to central operations, leadership, and key stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time with convenient access to a major airport.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and support cross-functional teams in a dynamic, project-oriented environment.

• Experience in community operations, customer service, and leasing activities.

• Strong grasp of sales strategies and resident acquisition techniques.

• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and capability to handle multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A customer-centric mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

• Proficient in technology with experience in property management systems and tools.

• Capacity to support training initiatives and provide operational assistance as required.

• Familiarity with financial processes, including budget management and variance analysis, is preferred.

• Experience in process improvement, community setup, or operational support is advantageous.

• Leadership or project management experience is highly desirable.

• Successful completion of pre-employment screening, which includes references, a four-panel drug test excluding marijuana, employment verification, and a criminal background check.
