Community Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Interact with users on a daily basis via in-app hangouts, chats, or calls

• Perform surveys and collect insights to better understand user needs and behaviors

• Foster authentic relationships within a diverse user community

• Identify opportunities for growth, retention, and revenue generation

• Represent the user perspective by providing actionable insights to internal teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Open to recent graduates or undergraduates with relevant experience

• Required to have a personal smartphone and laptop

• Flexible with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays

• Willing to visit our Makati office at least once every quarter
