Community Manager, Reddit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Establish new Reddit accounts and progressively enhance their growth.

• Improve key account metrics (karma, activity, subreddit engagement) according to internal standards.

• Oversee and sustain current accounts.

• Maintain consistent activity through comments, posts, and interactions with content.

• Navigate various subreddits to develop a genuine account history.

• Assess account quality and ensure adherence to specified metrics.

• Monitor accounts and their performance utilizing spreadsheets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of Reddit functionalities (subreddits, karma, account activity).

• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English (both written and verbal communication).

• Capable of managing a substantial volume of repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.

• Detail-oriented and methodical in your work strategy.

• Experience with Reddit or similar user-generated content platforms.

• Proven track record of managing multiple accounts concurrently.

• Awareness of factors affecting karma and account activity.
