📋 Description

• Create and implement a strategic growth plan to enhance the public group.

• Collaborate with Performance Marketing as the key driver for acquisition.

• Develop a content calendar to foster community engagement.

• Recruit, train, and oversee volunteer parent moderators.

• Establish a recruitment pipeline for Inner Circle members.

• Organize the Inner Circle for valuable feedback collection.

• Over 5 years of experience in community management, audience development, social media, or growth marketing.

• Strong editorial skills and an instinct for compelling content.

• Ability to maintain operational rigor at scale.

• Proficient in converting qualitative feedback into structured insights.

• Excellent judgment in moderation and escalation scenarios.
