Community Manager – Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement a comprehensive Reddit strategy that encompasses SEO and engagement-focused native posting.

• Oversee the branded subreddit by managing the content calendar, producing content, and handling posting duties.

• Initiate activations in targeted subreddits by spotting opportunities and crafting articles to enhance engagement.

• Monitor community discussions five days a week, providing daily reactive comments.

• Feedback Analysis: Recognize, categorize, and prioritize user feedback and feature requests from community discussions.

• Product Communication: Convey summarized user insights to internal Product Teams to guide the development process.

• Technical Assessment: Identify intricate user issues and direct them to the appropriate internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for resolution.

• Active Moderation: Uphold community guidelines to ensure brand safety, reputation, and community well-being.

• Daily Updates: Maintain a steady stream of branded updates and communications.

• Deliver detailed reports on engagement, SEO performance, impressions, and sentiment tracking for product launches.

• Conduct LLM citation audits to assess brand visibility in AI-generated responses.

• Documentation Proficiency: Skill in converting complex technical terminology into clear, understandable community posts.

• Tracking Experience: Practical experience utilizing tools such as Jira or GitHub to monitor bugs and community issues.

• Data Savvy: Familiarity with data tools to visualize community trends and support findings.

• Support/DevRel Background: Experience in technical support or developer relations managing high-touch interactions.
