This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Greet creators and integrate them into the brand ecosystem.
• Distribute briefs, offers, hooks, deadlines, links, and instructions.
• Monitor creator posting activity, engagement, and involvement.
• Address operational challenges such as shipping, linking, or compliance issues.
• Issue weekly summaries of creator activities along with subsequent actions.
• Authorize standard support requests from creators.
• Send reminders to creators who are inactive or pending.
• Oversee creator community management, onboarding, communication, enablement, and success tracking.
• Manage WhatsApp or community platforms and ensure active engagement.
• Assist creators with inquiries related to posting, linking, codes, timelines, and expectations.
• Guide creators on the required content and ways to enhance performance.
• Monitor creator posting activity, engagement, and participation.
• Foster relationships with creators and maintain trust within the community.
• Address operational challenges such as shipping, linking, or compliance issues.
• Issue weekly summaries of creator activities along with subsequent actions.
