This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Welcome creators and guide them through the brand ecosystem onboarding process.
• Distribute briefs, offers, hooks, deadlines, links, and instructions to creators.
• Monitor and report on creator posting activities, momentum, and engagement levels.
• Address operational challenges such as shipping, linking, or compliance issues as they arise.
• Compile and publish weekly summaries of creator activities along with next steps.
• Approve standard support requests from creators.
• Send reminders to creators who are inactive or have pending tasks.
• Take ownership of creator community management, onboarding, communication, enablement, and success tracking.
• Manage WhatsApp or community channels to maintain active engagement.
• Assist creators with inquiries regarding posting, linking, codes, timelines, and expectations.
• Educate creators on the type of content needed and ways to enhance performance.
• Monitor and track creator posting activity, engagement, and momentum.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with creators to build trust within the community.
• Escalate operational issues such as shipping, linking, or compliance problems as necessary.
• Publish weekly recaps of creator activities, outlining subsequent actions.
