This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
β’ Oversee all social media platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to address player questions, celebrate significant wins, and cultivate a supportive community atmosphere.
β’ Recognize and escalate complex player concerns, technical issues, or VIP inquiries to the OSMM or Customer Support teams.
β’ Support the creation of "on-the-fly" social media content. Adapt and translate brand messaging to ensure alignment with sports and casino culture.
β’ Take charge of the technical implementation of the social media calendar, guaranteeing that all approved posts are scheduled and published accurately across all platforms.
β’ Track organic post performance in real-time; identify high-performing content and notify the paid media team for potential "boosted" spending.
β’ Extract monthly raw data and metrics; provide initial insights on community sentiment and engagement trends for inclusion in monthly performance reports.
β’ In-depth knowledge of X, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook algorithms and community standards.
β’ Outstanding writing abilities with the capacity to embody a distinct brand "voice" (witty, professional, or high-energy).
β’ Proficiency in managing multiple posting schedules without errors in copy or links.
β’ Must be based in or willing to work from our Lisbon hub.
β’ Internships or one year of experience in social media, PR, or customer-facing roles.
β’ A genuine passion for sports betting or online casino gaming.
