Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance Jerry's organic visibility across essential platforms such as Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Create a comprehensive playbook for Jerry on how to effectively engage within each community.

• Develop Jerry’s subreddits into vibrant, trusted communities.

• Formulate a content and engagement strategy that can scale while maintaining authenticity.

• Collaborate with the Growth and Content teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

• Track key metrics: sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in community management or organic social media, preferably within fintech, insurtech, or another consumer-facing and/or regulated sector.

• A strategic thinker who builds robust systems rather than just focusing on surface-level impressions.

• Demonstrated capability to transform "boring" or "stressful" categories into relatable, authentic narratives that attract followers.

• A patient and inquisitive player who prioritizes organic trust over immediate PR successes.
