This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Take charge of and enhance the company's presence on Reddit within productivity, work-from-home, ergonomic, home office, and lifestyle communities.

• Design and implement strategies for engaging with users on Reddit.

• Craft genuine posts, discussions, and comments that foster credibility and trust within the community.

• Seek out and pursue partnership and AMA (Ask Me Anything) opportunities with relevant subreddits and their moderators.

• Keep track of brand mentions and assess community sentiment throughout Reddit.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Reddit communities.

• A thorough understanding of Reddit culture, community standards, moderation practices, and the factors leading to account bans.

• Excellent written English communication skills, capable of producing content in an authentic, non-promotional tone.

• Knowledge of productivity, home office setups, ergonomics, furniture, and lifestyle communities found on Reddit.

• Proficiency in utilizing Reddit analytics and social listening tools.

• Ability to work autonomously, proactively generate content ideas, and maintain a posting schedule without constant supervision.

• Strong discernment regarding genuine engagement versus spam across various subreddits.
